Direct Debit

The OCHL will debit your registration fee directly from your bank account, just like an electronic cheque. These payments are processed in about 3 business days.

I/we authorize Orchard City Hockey Company, and the financial institution designated  to make a deduction from my personal bank account as per my instructions for a one-time payment, or for periodic payments as per my agreement.

Orchard City Hockey Company will obtain my authorization for any other one-time or sporadic debits. This authority is to remain in effect until Orchard City Hockey Company has received written notification from me/us of its change or termination. This notification must be received at least ten (10) business days before the next debit is scheduled at the address provided below. I/We may obtain a sample cancellation form, or more information on my/our right to cancel a EFT Agreement at my/our financial institution or by visiting www.cdnpay.ca.

Orchard City Hockey Company may assign this authorization, whether directly or indirectly, by operation of law, change of control or otherwise, without providing written notice to me.

I have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I have the right to receive reimbursement for any EFT that is not authorized or is not consistent with this EFT Agreement. To obtain a form for a Reimbursement Claim, or for more information on my/our recourse rights, I may contact my financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca

Where a payment is returned not funded, a subsequent deduction will occur within 14 days. A $25.00 CAD NSF fee will be added to the total of the transaction.

The Orchard City Hockey Company and I agree to waive the pre-notification requirement, as set out in Section 7 of Appendix II of rule H4 of the Canadian Payments Association, of any debit to my account.

Please make sure that the numbers you have entered are correct. All EFTs returned because of wrong account information or non-sufficient funds incur a $25.00 NSF fee.

Your registration is NOT held until full payment has been received. Please be aware that unpaid players are not allowed on OCHL ice.
