OCHL PLAYOFF WEEKEND
Our Playoff Weekend is March 12th and 13th. For the U11, U13, U15 and U18 divisions, please see the rules and guidelines below. 

Two game playoff divisions are U11, U13 and U15

Game one will be on the 12th
Game two on the 13th

Teams that reach 3 points in the finals will win the championship.

Teams tied after the end of regulation play after game two have a 5-minute run time sudden victory. If still tied they move on to a shootout.

Timeout

The coach has a 30-second timeout in the last game of the finals.

Overtime

5 on 5 5-minute run time sudden victory

Shootout

Players will shoot once alternately.

All players must participate in a shootout before a player may be used a second time.

If two goalies, they may change any number of times during the shootout.

Curfew

Games will be curfew on the 12th but not the 13th.

U18 has a single playoff game

They will follow the overtime and shootout rules if tied after regulation play. The coaches also have a 30-second timeout.

Notes for the 13th

Come a half-hour before your scheduled game time.

Rooms for the 13th should be ready 30 minutes before the game unless overtime and or shootouts have happened.

Games will start at the scheduled times unless they have been pushed back by overtime and or shootouts.

Players medals and or trophies to be handed out on the ice unless we have a time issue.

Our location was originally built to be a flooring store and opened as Stradwicks in 1978. In the late 1980s ownership changed but the store remained the same.
