The Oshawa Community House League  executive along with the Board of Directors, is committed to delivering a community based hockey program. We are dedicated to creating an environment that fosters fun, sportsmanship, fairness, and respect on and off the ice.


The OCHL is dedicated to giving our members of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to play minor hockey for their enjoyment and improvement, in a safe and fun atmosphere in which our players support and respect each other; the OCHL will operate under the following hockey philosophy:

-   Provide a safe and fun environment to play hockey

-   Develop participants hockey skills and knowledge of the game

-   Commitment to the Oshawa communities and volunteerism

-   Support participants physical, mental, and social development through friendship and team play

-   Focuses on teaching the basics of hockey skill and learning life skills that come from participating in team sports. 
Learning fair play, honesty, integrity, good sportsmanship while respecting all participants.

-   Strive to provide a skilled level of hockey in our House League and Select programing, focusing on developing hockey talent both on and off the ice and offer members the opportunity to play at competitive levels of youth hockey.
