Upcoming Season Schedule

Our programming will run from October 2025 through March 2026, with the season officially beginning the week of October 6th.

 

⏰ Ice schedule, arenas and teams will be confirmed at a later date.

 

Please see below for the tentative days of play for the upcoming season.

 

First Shift - Sunday

 

Development in Strides - Sunday

 

U5 - Sunday

 

U6-U9 - Saturday and Sunday

 

U11 - Saturday Games - Monday/Tuesday Practices 

 

U13 - Saturday Games - Monday/Tuesday Practices

 

U15 - Saturday and Tuesday Games (Occasional practice on these days)

 

U18 - Thursday Games (Occasional Tuesday night game)

 

U21 – Monday or Tuesday Games (9pm or later start times)

WHO WE ARE "We had to close the doors at 10:30 this morning and let people in as other people left." It was the kind of problem every store manager dreams of, especially on opening day. The first No Frills® prototype store had swung open its doors in East York, near Toronto. The reaction on the part of shoppers was enthusiastic, to say the least.
