OCHL Heritage Championship Awards
The Oshawa Community House League (OCHL) is proud to honor the achievements of our players through the prestigious OCHL Heritage Championship Awards. These awards are presented annually at the Oshawa Heritage Tournament, celebrating the dedication and excellence of our athletes across different age divisions.
Andy Thompson Memorial Award
The Andy Thompson Memorial Award was established by the OCHL in memory of Andy Thompson, who was the beloved voice of the Heritage Tournament. Known for his heartfelt renditions of the national anthem, Andy's legacy lives on through this award, which is presented to the Adam Gold champions of the OCHL Heritage Tournament each year.
Michael Glacier Memorial Trophy
The Michael Glacier Memorial Trophy is awarded to the Minor Phantom Gold champions of the Oshawa Heritage Tournament annually. This trophy honors the memory of Michael Glacier, recognizing the outstanding performance and dedication of the Minor Phantom division.
Brenda Roost Memorial Trophy
The Brenda Roost Memorial Trophy is presented to the Minor Midget Gold champions of the Oshawa Heritage Tournament annually. This award commemorates Brenda Roost and acknowledges the exceptional skill and sportsmanship of the Minor Midget division.
