In the sixteen (16 ) team division
The teams will be placed in 4 pools of 4 teams. In the round robin, each team will play the other teams in their pool. In the first semi-final the first place team in Pool "A" plays the first place team in Pool "C", with the winner advancing to the "Gold" Championship game and the losing team advances to the "Silver" Championship game. In the second semi-final the first place team in Pool "B" plays the first place team in Pool "D", with the winner advancing to the "Gold" Championship game and the loser advancing to the "Silver" Championship game. The next two overall teams in points will play in the Bronze Final. All other teams are eliminated.
Overtime Rule
All semis and finals will enjoy a 5 minute running time sudden victory 4 on 4 hockey.
At the end of the 5 minutes if the game is still tied, there will be a shoot out. Both players will go at the same time. And the first team to score is the winner.
One 30 second time out is allowed in the finals only.
